Ivy Impressions Portrait Sessions
Portrait Session - $175
Portrait sessions are shot outdoors at a location we choose together, and capture families, children, teens and maternity and include up to 5 people. For family portraits we capture a mix of the whole family, just kids, individuals, and mom and dad too. Maternity sessions focus on showcasing the beautiful mama-to-be, and dad and siblings are welcome to join in.
We shoot a mix of posed portraits and also capture those precious candid moments that happen in between. These ‘real’ moments are often the favorites, and are what make your session special and your images stand out.
Newborn Session - $350
Newborn portrait sessions are done in the comfort of your home or at our in-home studio, and are most successful when done when baby is two weeks old or younger. Parents and siblings are welcome to join in! We provide a variety of newborn wraps and blankets, and ask you to include any quilts, blankets, clothing or items that may be special to you. By using your personal items, your newborn baby's portraits are that much more meaningful to your family.
Newborn sessions are much lengthier than standard sessions, lasting from 2-3 hours to accommodate feedings, snuggles, and changings.
Individual Business Session - $250
Individual Business Sessions take place at an indoor or outdoor location. Dependent on your desired look or image, we'll choose an indoor location on a clean, modern backdrop, or an outdoor location with natural lighting for your head shots. Session for one person with up to two outfits.
Individual Business Sessions include your location session, online gallery and choice of one digital file. Selected file will be fully edited and provided to you via download link. Additional files or products can be purchase at a separate cost.

PORTRAIT AND NEWBORN SESSIONS:
- Session fee includes your location session and online portrait gallery
- All products - including prints, canvas, or digital files - are available at an additional cost.
- Portrait Session fee includes up to five people; for groups larger than five, $35 for each additional person will be added to the session fee.
INDIVIDUAL HEAD SHOT SESSIONS:
- Session fee includes location session for one person, up to two outfits, online gallery and your choice of one digital file.
- Corporate and group sessions can be scheduled and will be quoted based on the needs of the project.
ALL SESSIONS:
- A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book and hold your session date. The remaining session balance is due the day of your session and can be paid by cash, check or via paypal.
- In the event of inclement weather, illness or other unforeseen circumstance, we will reschedule your session to a later date and deposit will be applied to that new date.
- A travel fee may be applied to your session if location is more than 25 miles from Genoa, Illinois. This will be discussed upon choosing your location and booking your session.
After your session...
The session is over, fun was had by all...now what?!
Your portrait memories are ready about two weeks after your session, and at that time you'll receive your online gallery login information and get to view your portraits. Yay! You'll be provided with a gallery password that can be shared with family and friends who may like to view your images or order products.
I proudly offer beautiful print products that will showcase your portraits and allow you to enjoy your images for many years to come. Prints, canvases, wood prints and albums are created with professional print labs, using only the highest quality materials. Your products will be delivered to you within 2-4 weeks of ordering. Exact turn-around time depends on the product (prints take less time, albums take more time) and the time of year (labs are especially busy during the holiday season!). In addition to print products, high res digital portrait files are available for purchase from your gallery.
